1. Agreement

By browsing this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. We currently sell and ship to the United States only.

4. Products

We do our best to display our products and their colours accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows colours exactly. Product descriptions reflect the information available to us from our supplier.

We describe what our products are and what they're intended for. We don't guarantee any particular result on any particular surface, fabric, or material. How a cleaning tool performs depends on the surface, the material, and how much hair or lint has built up.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, decline an order, or stop selling a product at any time. If we cancel your order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order was already confirmed.

6. Payment

By placing an order you confirm that the payment method is yours and that you're authorised to use it. Orders aren't dispatched until payment has cleared.

7. Shipping and returns

Delivery timeframes we publish are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

8. Acceptable use

Please don't use this site for any unlawful purpose, don't interfere with how it works or with its security, and don't copy or scrape its content without our permission.

9. Intellectual property

The FURVIA name, logo, site design, text, and images are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Product use and safety

Each of our products is intended for the specific use described on its own product page. Please read that page before use.

For products intended for household surfaces: test on a small, hidden area before using across a whole surface, particularly on anything delicate, textured, antique, or valuable. These products are not intended for use directly on animals.

For products intended for grooming an animal: use gentle pressure and stop immediately if your pet shows any sign of discomfort. If your pet has matted fur, skin sensitivity, wounds, or a known skin condition, check with your vet or a professional groomer before use. These products are not veterinary devices and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.

We're not responsible for damage or injury caused by use outside what a product is described for.
